rasanya dah lama sangat tak update blog dekedai ni kan..maklumlah, luna memang tersangat lah bz nye..tak terkata..haha

anyway, there's 2 days to go before we closing the year of 2010 and welcome the 2011, what's your guys vision? mission? jangan mission impossible sudah..hehe..ok for de kedai, my personally mission want introduce dekedai label in this historical city..well..its goes well but my vision is make dekedai label as main label for furniture in future..i wish it could be done in 2 year start from now..ermm..have to work hard on it..huhuu..wish me luck ok..

oh ya..before i forgot, this 1.1.11 dekedai will do the 1st anniversary as it can consider for clearance stock too..so if you want check and grab teak furnitures and decoration stuff do come to our showroom ok..i'll be there..hehe

thanks to ALLAH, coz my previous staff has back..she had her own problem and didnt tell me and just quick like that..once she came and explain then ok, i accept her again coz she's job is good..

i also hired another guy to work with me, and make my de kedai complete...im so happy..alhamdullillah. wish this happiness will in future a head.

presently im quite busy in preparing the MARA carnival as mu de kedai opening launch, so funny right after 10 month opening just now we had the opportunities to launch officially.. what ever its just thank full of what's were given.. :)

cannon printer always like THAT!!

today im alone in de kedai, i mean my other sales girl taking off today so ive to cover her task for today, ive two staff only, the other one is a maintenance boy.. ok later we talk about staff ok..

i plan to print all my sales and expenses record to keep in a file as for auditing by end of year..herm..before that i try to print the customer order for kad kawin but it cannot work.. ok..i thought is common error and problem of printer, i check the ink, the cable, power plus i do the maintenance for deep cleaning, nozzle check, alignment and bla..bla..but fail to print any documents.my printer is CANNON brand ok..huh. my experience with CANNON is not so good but i just want something economic in term of the usability, the inks since i want to used it for cheap printing such documents only, no need the image with high quality huhuh..haih laa.... im starting at 11.30 until 1.30 pm i end up with my lunch...kehkeh...ok2 i surrender ok.. i'll continue godek2 tomorrow.

for these fews days, my de kedai sales only for small items and cash and carry items, i wish they could more big items sold out so i can spend more places for new item by next week. the new stock just arrive in HQ and i already choose few products and design to be display at my showroom here.. will try to upload the picas soon ok..

ive ate so much!!

raya! raya! raya!

i just back from cuti raya.. today we open our de kedai as usual (10 am - 8 pm not till 10 pm okey..hahah)..

actually the raya celebration was fine and all family and relative are together during the day.. we have ate so much foods such rendang, ketupat, lemang, kuih muih and most important dishes is my chocolate cake.. this year i bake 7 cakes for my cousin and customer....hehehe..so far alhamdullillah, for those who already taste my cake, you know how its taste like..i do receive and engagement and wedding cake as one of hantaran or gift..hehe (side income ku...huhu).. unlucky i forgot to charge my camera's battery and end up with no picture..sob sob..huhu..

i do prepare some macaroni soup and lasagna hehe...first time i tried to make the lasagna, unfortunately i did it..hahha..the taste is better then i ate at pizza hut or some other restaurant..huhu..so complaining huh..ehhe..no la.. it just i feel not enough to ate at restaurant plus its so costly..so its better i did by my self and share with others....heheh..so yummyyyyyyyyyyyyy...

ok la..i have to go need to check few things for customer order this sunday...

2nd last day

hari ni merupakan hari kedua terakhir sebelum tutup kedai untuk hari raya...macam-macam hal jadi (mesti tertnyakan kenapa BM kan..sebab feeling nak cakap BM la..haha)

ok..early in the morning around 8.30 i go pickup 2 my staff and heading to my customer house (very cerewet one tp dia tukang kayu yang pengalaman 30 tahun but still don't understand why wood still got problem...ayoyoyo...teak wood furniture are made using hand not machine la mr..plus not all wood are perfect...don'to you doing the same thing mr???.. why you asking me a "clever" question)... i was bit emotional while handling this customer...thank god he is my bos friend or else huh...

actually guys, teak wood furniture are made using hand.. they don't used high machine to make craving and furnish. yes..yes.. all cupboards, table, dining set, bedroom set and so forth, they only using hands. unless they want cut the big tree using the machine (i don't know ape name penebang kayu tu). so once the furniture is completed, you may see the differences to their size obviously.. therefore they still have a small defect that seller need to repair or make new order.. depending on the situation but most of the time the furniture

ok once settle, we open the shop around 11 pm, late for 1 hour. but its ok though.. once kedai already set up i drive to HQ for pickup the customer cushion and a chair. im very damn tired..then the person who responsible to complete the cushion has do 2nd mistake ok.. second mistake.. first mistake he doing the wrong colour, second mistake the doing the wrong color and design... oh goshhhhhhhhhhhhhhh... how im gonna say to my customer.. definitely they will dist pointed. i was really mad.. i dont talk much just take the cushion and go back to HQ. haih....

once i drop my friend there i drove back to melaka...im damn tired but not sleepy, the weather is very very very hot plus my heart also high temperature.. i didn't realize that i speed my car until 120 km/hr..haha..what ever as long as i can reach melaka as soon as possible..

the time show 4.25 when i reach at kedai melaka..wow meaning i just drive for 35 minute.. :P . im gonna die if my dad know about this...hehe then i took the cushion bring along to customer house with my staff, i know they will dis pointed.. i really tired but i do explain them clearly.. the uncle look mad.. but i say sorry already so depending on them...honestly i also dis pointed coz cant make them happy...but raya just around the corner, i have to. then i apology to them and the ok after that..alhamdullillah...

then i go back to kedai and break my fasting with all my staff.. i plan to close the kedai early around 9.30 but suddenly few customers come, entertain them until 10.30...alhamdullillah today i mane get more sale besides kuih raya..

ok la...c u next time ok...if you guys wanna about my kedai and teak wood furniture do comment me and i will story morry with you guys, even my experience didnt reach 30 years but i can share the things that i know..

my day getting more n more busy...haha

hye all..hows your fasting? wish all in good.

first week in ramadhan not so busy at all, i still can take time to sleep and playing around..less customer make me headache (and ate more panadols during breaking the fast..haha) hence all the wealth given by HIM..

second week of ramadhan a little bit busy but still can do unnecessary thing such sleep (only for refresh my eyes ok..not more than 10 min), however still have to do the touch up things, stock valuation and so on..

3rd week start to busy coz more people start shopping for their house.. small thing, big thing, decorations thing including surveying.. talking too much in while fasting honestly make me tired but not thirsty at all hence feeling full... but its just make me feel better and enjoying the experience..

the fourth week just come around and make me more more busy, as i can see during BIG SALE for Raya, some supplier or contractor take a chances to surveying and booking few products for their project development, supplying and many more.. it just because they know they can even request the lowest price during SALE.. it just happened to me..but its ok though as long as we can get the stock and few profit its enough already..im still fresh in doing this trading and retailing activities...

P/S; my baju raya still incomplete....arghhhhhhhhhhhhh....

new vision new hope

yeay!...im back..

haha..surprise ha? im back with new way of life.. finally i found my dream job.. i do accept the offer from my ex boss and now its been 8 months now and i managed 3 lots furniture shop at historical city..

ya..ya.. i know some of you already went there .. new life has changed me in social relationship, communication and most important is my confidentiality.

i still remember the day i take the keys from KZ and drive to the new place..honestly i really have no idea and experience and my heart breathing so fast..im so nervous..

empty building, no electricity, no water and of course the area quite quiet. hence it just a while..within 1 weeks i complete all the document and few thing for the empty building, my stock just enter and i start to decorate the shop..now i know..it not an easy to start up a company that has physical place. however we should always to positive and try and do the best..hehe

everythings were operate normally after one month...haha it just like a dream..i never thought i
able to manage 2 shops lot alone (perasan...KZ also help)..

well its been 8 month now and Ramadhan just come and Raya will take a place... syukur alhamdullillah..
